Whatever you think of Bald and Bankrupt, his newest video really struck a chord with me.
To summarise, he went to Plymouth in the UK, and he found it in destitution and disrepair.

@Noor i live in the UK and I can tell you that there are THOUSANDS of places that look like this and I have seen hundreds firsthand, this video isnt cherrypicked.
