@GreenStarYT56 i used a jailbroken PS3 and an app called DosBox its hard to explain so heres a link to a tutorial: http://www.nextgenupdate.com/forums/ps3-mods-cheats/760029-boot-windows-98-ps3.html (it says Windows 98 but the img provided is actually Windows 95)
its kinda pointless doing this as its slow as fuck and very unstable to the point where i had to reboot the PS3 various times just to record this video alone

@GreenStarYT56 I also ran Windows 95 on a PSP with DosBox (it was installed differently) and it was even more unstable then the PS3
