For the Frog the Bell Tolls (Game Boy) - Main Theme (MSX AY-3-8910+Konami SCC Cover) (8-15-2024)

For the Frog the Bell Tolls is a Game Boy action RPG made by Nintendo and Intelligent Systems exclusively for Japan. The game is considered to be a predecessor to The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening, since it uses some of the same elements and even shares a composer: Kazumi Totaka, the man who pretty much made the soundtrack of my early childhood. I never really knew the game existed until fairly recently, especially since the game can now be played on Japan's Game Boy library in Nintendo Switch Online, so I decided to finally give the game a shot this past week. So far, it's pretty nice, especially the music! I actually had heard the main theme as a kid, and it's as great as I remembered it.
