Copyright is both a good and a bad thing, really the only people that use Copyright are those people that like to keep all the rights to their content and make sure nobody else copies them 1 to 1.
But on YouTube they exploit things to make it a lot worse than they initially thought it would be.
Don't blame YouTube for their "Flawed System", Blame the copyright holders for taking down your content.

@Xwyrick I agree with that. But what I see, is that the Content ID system is marking Fair Use videos as copyrighted content. Plus, in the Terms of Service for companies enrolled in the Content ID system also state weather or not you can upload said videos on the platform.
Most people don't look at the legalities in the ToS of many gaming or media companies and go ahead and upload while being unaware of the video policies of said organization.
People should verify that it is okay to publish such content, It's not really a hard task to do.
Though yeah, I hope this clears some things up. lol
