When I was six years old, I used to paint my nails, put makeup on my face. I was almost emo enough to start shaving my legs and I didn't even have hair there. I also used to wear a skirt and stole & wore my Mom's black polkadot white thong but I never & I mean "*NEVER"* thought that I was a woman nor did I think that I would become a real woman. Unless I'm mistaken most of the stuff said in the video would make you a Tomboy, as well as possibly lesbian if you are sexually attracted to other women instead of men, with what you said in the description leaning more into the "am I trans" argument a bit more.
That being said I would highly recommend letting your hormones settle down before doing anything permanent just in case though. Take Care :)
