Hey, may I recommend using Fraps to record OBS? Keeps framerate consistent, and if you crop out the gray, you're good to go.

It does seem to be....which is weird cause normally OBS doesn't lag like that. Is Null still messing with me? LOL. No but seriously I never had my camera lag like that.

Yeah. Try to record some footage with fraps recording OBS(and OBS just displaying the video, not recording it).
That should eliminate any video lag.
