Just read up on the drama involving "iloveanime721". He's a piece a work, I can tell you that. And a very persistent one. People should not be constantly stalked and harassed by others because they were blocked or ignored. People have lives and are busy, and maybe they just don't want to talk to the weird stranger. "Oh no, they didn't friend me, I'm gonna freak out now". Good lord, is this what Humanity has come to?

I would block him as well as your friends. A bully does not stand a chance when he does not have support.
I agree, he is annoying. I try to get along with everyone as well. He told me that his Mom died on Twitter too in a tweet to me and I told him if wants to speak to me, he is allowed to direct message me. I feel like he attention seeks at times. I blocked him on VidLii in the past, but we follow each other on Twitter.
