How to Download Windows XP on Hyper-V (read desc)
You're doing to need to activate Hyper-V manually so here's how
1. Make sure you're using Windows 10 pro or home edition
2. Open Run with Windows Key and R, then type Optionalfeatures
3. Scroll down until you find Hyper-V
