Here are some texture improvements that I made to New Rainbow Road, excluding the main road texture, which I showed in a previous video. also, the music that will be used for this course is the theme for 3DS RR, but don't worry, because the N64 RR music hack is still in the game, as the 3DS RR music hack uses a different music slot. Also Koopa Troopa has his own character select voice now. :D
