Turn the Sign of the Microcosm (the ending, live and unplugged)
Playing the end of 'Turn the Sign of the Microcosm' (Snu Mikrokosmos' Tegn), one of my favourite Burzum parts, and one of the songs I often played on my guitar.
I like the eerie feel, the odd chorus, the monotomy. The feel of it all. It was very a-typical metal music. And I liked that too.
Turn the Sign of the Microcosm was inspired by nocturnal walks in the rain, void of any real danger, by role-playing (MERP) and by loneliness; surrounded by friends, but more lonely than ever -- as we so often feel.
