I always go for Child At Heart as a perk cause you need that as soon as you can get it.

@Aaronshy I never really needed it, a lot of the times you can get around it either with a speech check or a favor which has the added benefit of giving you exp.

@Cor955 I think it's the little girl in Megaton if you have Child At Heart you get an option you just can't do otherwise and I think it winds up giving you something like more XP or something. They say in guides it's the only way you can get that from her. So basically I've been doing Child At Heart just because I need it for that girl plus normally if I'm on the good path I go for pure charisma and intelligence and stuff anyways.
