Singers, fashion models, actors - were not among the scenery, but in a completely ordinary military unit of the Russian army.
They took the oath and began military service.
Their task is, under the guidance of real combat officers, in a few weeks to turn from "civilians" who are infinitely far from the army into hardened and disciplined soldiers, ready to perform special combat missions; become a universal soldier, the prototype of which is a professional military intelligence officer. Actually, this is not so much a television show as a real army experiment.

At the very beginning, the officers formed two units from the project participants, "Tigers" and "Bars", which competed with each other during the test, and then merged into one unit, "Thunder".
The best of the best, who reached the finals, were awarded military ranks - reserve sergeants. Those who were not lucky had to leave the project.
