Though I do admit that I did feel demons trying to attack me when I was trying to do it but when I tried more and more they didn't attack me as much and that I can clear them more easier now.

I don't understand how astral projection is silencing people of the holy spirit. When I attempted to try to do astral projection I felt an emotional weight of my shoulders when I tried to attempt to do it. I still haven't actually done it but it feels weird when I try do it. I don't think it is bad because it has helped me emotionally.
