How to Blur Backgrounds in GIMP 2.10 - Shallow Depth of Field Effect by Davies Media Design
In this tutorial, I show you how to blur the background in your photos to make it appear as if you used an expensive lens with a shallow depth of field to take the image. This is a fairly simple effect to create using the foreground select tool and the resynthesizer plugin (i.e. Heal Selection).
