I been at war with porn for awhile now and I always come back but I am becoming stronger each time and think I am going to do it again. I don't really even enjoy doing it anymore. I definitely felt better when I did it and also the longest I went without was around 19 days. Though my body feels very odd when I don't do it and I start to feel nervous and uncomfortable but I do have way more motivation to do stuff.
@derodero yeah i think motivation is needed to prevent from masturbating, i didn't fap for 65 days last year but i think it was because i was doing stuff and went outside and i was here more, but this year i've been just been at home and haven't done much, when i get too bored i start fapping.
