The real redpill is that you don't even have to get new videogames. I've been playing Minecraft and Sauerbraten for a very, very long time and there are hundreds of thousands of ROMs available for old consoles. Even PC games has such a huge history that you can pick anything within the past 15 years and it'll look and play just as well as anything now

@shingo 100 per cent. I've spent a lot of the last year and a half checking out the games I missed in my childhood (Mass Effect, Dead Space, Psychonauts), and you're right, they play just as well as most modern games today.

@SkibidiCoffee I've started boycotting a lot of bigger developers (Rockstar and Bethesda) because of how they treated their most recent games. So many indie developers have been out making gold since GTA:V came out.

@milkdrinker I mean if you want you can pirate games like playing the game but avoiding giving them any money well I realized maybe you don't wanna support them at all like I won't even pirate adobe stuff since I think having to pay a subscription for a service that can be offline shouldn't exist and is bad and I don't wanna support them at all. I don't actually play much games since my pc is so bad
