This is the Xbox 360, the original model to be specific. It was microsoft’s attempt to move gaming into the HD realm, and they were very successful at doing so. So successful in fact that the Xbox 360 was able to secure it’s place in the top 10 best selling consoles of all time. Even ahead of the PlayStation 3, which, keep in mind was released by the most successful console company on earth. To find out why the Xbox 360 was so memorable we first need to go back to 2005.
