PMC "Wagner" and Rostov-on-Don.

To avoid being accused of "communist propaganda" (guys, communism has not existed in Russia for thirty years), I translated a report published by the Russian editorial office of "Radio Liberty".

The reason for the conflict with PMC "Wagner" is that private military companies are banned on the territory of Russia, and the government offered all "Wagner" soldiers to go to serve in the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Some of the soldiers did not understand the conditions of transition to service and came to the local headquarters to find out everything in detail. The personal conflict between the Minister of Defense and the head of the PMC was also superimposed on this, but the Russians can always agree peacefully.
Those of the PMC fighters who did not want to continue serving in the army for some reason moved to Belarus. Of course, the investigation of the conflict takes place and if there are cases of violence, the perpetrators will be punished.
