@ylerip If you are saying this because you're pretending it's 2007 because that is what time period this site is based on, then pretending the 3DS is the newest is also wrong since that released in 2011, not 2007. If you want to pretend it's 2007, do it somewhere else, on a video that isn't talking about something relevant.

@eblu Thank you for the compliments, I am a bit of a bugger when it comes to audio management, as the videos do seem loud to me but when others listen to them, they're quiet.

@FifteenLetterrs The source video's audio is good volume, but the parts with your voice are a little quiet

Despite MadPikachuPlays64's comment, I'm gonna take the video being reacted to entirely at face value to level some points.
1. Wouldn't setting up an account that's set in a country other than your own be, IDK, against the terms of service? I'm sure Nintendo tracks IPs one way or another. Unless you can set up a VPN on your router (because I doubt the Switch will allow connecting to a VPN without some kind of third-party modding), they could clearly see someone making, say, a "Japanese" account within an American IP, which even if I haven't read any TsOS related to Nintendo accounts, I could still assume doing something like that could lead to a console ban.
2. ARM processors aren't just on phones. Even certain f***ing computers FROM THE 1980s had ARM processors. There are credit-card-sized computers nowadays that run on ARM processors. (F***ing normies.)
I do have a couple other gripes, but they're petty at best.

@ThePuzzledboy First point. I'm not sure if it's against the ToS, nor do if Nintendo would actually care, as people would be giving them more money by buying the game there.
Second point, I believe they used ARM Processors like the Blast Processing from the Mega-Drive/Genesis, it sounds cool, it sounds new, so they used it.
