Taken from the beginning of "Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker" (2000) on the uncut DVD release.
The uncut DVD release had the movie presented in non-anamorphic widescreen. What this means is that there are black borders on the top and bottom of the video due to the entire frame not being used. The black bars on the left & right are ones I added when I was preparing this for video sites. I chose to not crop this to widescreen because I think non-anamorphic widescreen DVDs look better when they aren't cropped.
