This is the twenty-fourth part of our first feature-length movie, A Dinosaur Story.

At the top of the Tower of Power, Dilophosaurus uses the weather controller to spin hot air and cold air around, causing a huge tornado. Sending a bolt of lightning at Noasaurus, he knocks him off the edge, right into the eye of the tornado. Who will save him?
