Sour Cream Cake
Dough:
200 gram unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
200 gram (1 cup) sour cream
1 tsp baking soda
2.5 - 3 cups flour
Divide into 3 equal parts and bake separately each for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown color
Filling:
200 gram unsalted butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
Chocolate Glaze
150 gram unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
3 Tsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup milk or water
cook on the stove
