Canada needs a Constitution

@mrfeels Have you heard about the myth is Canada? some guys in BC and PQ made up some Constitutions, went to all the province and only 6 said OK, PQ said screw off, a province that wanted to free. But that would have torn the country apart, what we need is Federal Politains, to sit and write a proper constitution. It may mean losing their Jobs, but some laws could be kept, for example, the laws regarding cars and such as the Hwy act
