Also, as I'm an active member in the Guitar Hero and Clone Hero community, I can tell you that getting customs on this would be impossible without literally altering the code of the app. You'd have to first of all figure out what kind of codec they use for the audio streams to be able to replicate the audio file format, and even then it's more than likely that they used a custom codec. Then you'd have to find where in the code they stored the chart files, and again, it's more than likely a completely original file format. Where normally stuff like Clone Hero, FoF, Phase Shift, etc., use .chart or .mid files, we'd have to figure out the actual data of the apps chart files in order to make new chart files using the same coding, which would be borderline impossible. Then there's the matter of changing song names and artists as for a game this old, and as an app as well, it probably wouldn't be possible to straight up add new songs, so you'd have to replace songs already in the game.
