This was during the very first run of the "train of many metals", which was the BMT/IND "B Division" version of the IRT "A Division" Train of Many Colors (as the A division cars in the consist were LAHT steel, whereas the B division cars in the consist were a mix of LAHT and stainless steel cars of different types).
