He can try and get his video reinstated if he files a counter notification, but sometimes that doesn't work.

Thanks for the support man! I submitted a counter claim yesterday about it, and I also talked to AT about this on Twitter. In our conversations over there, it seemed like he was willing to work with me to reinstate the video once the counter claim goes in, however with the recent posts he's been making over here, I highly doubt that he will actually end up reinstating the video. We'll see what happens though, hopefully AT is nice and reinstates it, only time will tell.

This is as low as it gets. Very surprised by Andrei's actions. We're all seeking an alternate to Google's monopoly joke, and here we have a person claiming to be sided with us while also abusing that same system he's supposedly against.
If anyone has a copy of the original video, I vote it gets put here on VidLii.
