I have multiple reasons why I think he's not 18 years old.
1. Nobody this age is going to upload openings and thomas clips.
2. People that do this often lie.
3. Autistic people tend to lie easily about their age (I did, now VidLii's database thinks i'm 26, whilst i'm actually 13).
