Just two ways to play GBA games on the DS for cheap, assuming you don't have any GBA games. Together, you can get a decent amount of compatibility on this thing. R4 cards and Supercard Micro SD are both cheap, and while they're not perfect solutions, they do an adequate enough job at playing some GBA games pretty decently.
