Does it have to be a completely full drawing? Like, does it have to have backgrounds, or colors, does it have to be the character's full body? Or can I just make a sketch/doodle of the character's bust?

Thanks for asking. Yes, it should be a full drawing of the character and the environments it's in, and fully colored. Plus, the final outcome should be digital.
