(MOCK/KITTENOLIVIA) ICHC Network EBAS false activation (2018)

During today's Kittenolivia at Six, ICHC Network Centre In Studio City tried to show a Remembrance Day short film, but instead started an internal EBAS simulation sequence by mistake. Not only that, but they lost sound while showing the "please stand by" screen, both the character generator and the EBAS equipment conked out 5 seconds in, followed by signal loss, an initialization procedure, and then info from the backup character generator. The character generator rebooted just in time for the Emergency Alert Termination (which was, unfortunately, broadcast without sound).
