Chimaera Rambles - Old Roblox (response to BlueStar)

In this video I go over what I agree and disagree with in BlueStar's roblox video, but since I do admittedly have the oldfag bias having literally played roblox in the early 2010s myself, forgive me if I have some autistically purist moments in the video. This is also the first time I've ever made a commentary video so it's rambly and I was pretty shy. Despite this, I'm sure I've made my point on how I feel about roblox in detail in this video.

by "Old Roblox has one of the worse communities on the whole internets, nearly everyday someone gets exposed for being underage, a pedophile, or a degenerate." I mean't the revival community, not actual old Roblox.
Novetus looks more from what I want from an old Roblox revival.
For your first commentary video its pretty good but your microphone peaks a bit, but your also a better speaker than me (I will make a video on why I am not a good speaker).

@BlueStar I kinda got the impression you didn't like old roblox at all and not just the new larpers, but I guess I was wrong. Looking back I also could've worded the script better in certain places to clarify things better, so I wasn't kidding when I said this was a ramble.
Also I think I could've resolved the peaking by turning my mic down and not having it as close to my mouth. Funny you mention that considering I had someone point that out in a mumble call last night lol.

The biggest appeal of ROBLOX for me was how you have total freedom of movement over your character. You know exactly where your hitbox is, you aren't being constantly sucked into animations, etc. A lot of new games strip this customisation in favour of making them more like non-ROBLOX games, but in doing so they just feel like inferior versions of those games. Thus missing the unique appeal that the engine has in the first place.
I'm sure these new critically acclaimed games are remarkably impressive for running on ROBLOX but such things would be better suited as a proper indie project IMO.
