I Love this game, but Sonic 2 was better in terms of gameplay and levels (There's less extraneous slow levels, which I think means the devs got the point that the main marketing of sonic and the genesis was that's they are Fast). I kinda like the graphics on this one more for some reason, just think I like the darker colors and shades.
@Gojiratheking Yeah. What made Sonic 2 better is that it was developed by Sega's American Development Team, and they knew how the games were marketed, so then they made the levels fit the theme of speed, while also punishing those who run without any care. Although I will go into more detail about all of that in my Sonic 2 review, which is coming out in the 4th week of July, see what I did there? =) Thanks for watching! =)
