Had Fallout 3 sitting in my steam library. Wanted to play it since Fallout 4 was too easy to burn out on. Had to install this thing to even play. How dare you, Microsoft. Making me use your bloat.

You can get the video game from a website called GOG.com that hosts a copy of Fallout 3 without the bullcrap from Microsoft. As for GTA 4 sadly can't help you there.

GTA 4 had the exact same thing. It's annoying really, you can't just download the game and play it straight away.
