This is a vid I have wanted to do since vidme but didn't have the guts to do it, if you have kids that even have the slightest hint of depression/anxiety get them checked while they are young don't end up like I did.

At least suggest talking a therapist they are the one that can determine if that kid needed a doctor, that wasn't an option for me when I was a.little kid in the 70s an 80s

OK, I guess it's worth a try. See, I don't know a lot about the matter, but I'm interested to learn more about it. A few days ago, I participated in an survey regarding the general perception of depression by an university, and it seemed to me that they already came to the conclusion that it is caused by a lack of sport. It could be true to some extend, but I guess there are different causes, like "lack of purpose", psychological, bad events, electronic media. Indeed, I could be wrong. So I wonder: can children even become depressive?
