Once again I have to clear things up

Just to be clear, you must restore the removed material if proper counter-notice is provided, and the copyright holder does not file suit within 10 days. This is pretty much the only reason YouTube restores videos. However, you can sue YouTube if UMG or anyone else with "special agreements" DMCA claims your videos and you file a freeform counter claim (youtube deliberately breaks the form to counterclaim as usual in these cases) because YouTube does not restore videos in these cases.

1. I know but you're going to be running your own website.
2. Doesn't mean I have to agree with how the site is run.
3. Then show me the relevant portion of the law for where it is hosted. Also, I highly reccomend looking up the Berne Convention
