I finally gone out to campus. i'm tired of dealing with my half sister treat us like babies. I saw free electric scooters on corner yesterday day. I don't know how to do these things, some Asian girl told me about punching qr codes. she's helpful but one problem is... do I pay my visa within store to do so? I don't know how to do anything :(

I think you need some kinda program on your phone, which you get by taking a photo of the qr code, which SHOULD "scan" it and open the app store to download the actual program you need. And you also pay via your phone as well, and if you don't have the latest most up to date phone well, you prob cant use it. Technology sucks.
@ShyStudios it sucks. I found out in OSU campus. those are rentables for students only. I thought they would give it for free since I see it on every corner. it's veo scooters. seems like all at it's wits end. I don't know what to do
