ROM of the Nintendo Entertainment System Test Cartridge (mostly known as NES TEST) never sale in stores (I think) but only used for testing NES models sent for repair
In the first part of the video the emulation is set in PAL mode so that's why is a bit slow; at 0:50 I changed the emulation settings in NTSC and I re-played the ROM in its original form
