I used Sony Vegas Pro 13, and even made some videos on YT using it.

So what should I use? Sony Vegas or Adobe Premiere?

Use anything that you want (for me Sony Vegas is better (I pirated it))! Also Sony Vegas is smaller in size than Adobe Premiere (400-450 MB vs. 1 GB). Personally I never used Adobe Premiere.
