On the one hand, yes. On the other hand, you're contributing to the issue. If you don't want it to be terrible, and I don't, try making videos you're passionate about, even if they suck (we all suck at one point) because you want to make them, not because you're wanting to make your numbers go up. Bad content made in earnest is a whole lot mors palatable than bad content with a thick layer of irony.
