WHEN SHINY HUNTING A CLEFAIRY GOES WRONG...AGAIN - Pokemon: Let's Go Pikachu

If you remember not too long ago, my quest to find a shiny Clefairy in Pokemon: Let's Go Pikachu was stopped abruptly due to a different shiny Pokemon appearing. Today, I attempted to find a shiny Clefairy again. However, this odd incident baffled me beyond belief.
