Imgur's FINAL Mistake
IT IS TIME TO STOP USING IMGUR ! IF YOU EVEN STILL USE IT!
Imgur wants you to think they are just going after explicit images...
but they are really deleting the majority of all images ever uploaded to the site!
This comes from a half finished article i may or may not publish in the future, But i wanted to get a video out on this and this is my last chance to do so. I wanted to talk a lot more about like why deleting old images is bad, why reddit is to forums as discord is to chat software, and a bunch of other stuff
one thing left out is how for the last few years imgur does this stupid thing when visiting images via non direct links where i will see the image load and then the page goes blank because i am not using the most special boy newest latest browser version so some script blanks the page for no real reason.

shy have you seen the dreamworks movie flushed away? someone once described imgur to me as the flushed away of websites because it was made to be an image host for reddit, but grew social networking features that some people started using. the flushed away analogy comes into play when he described the "imgurians" as rats who live in a sewer, not realizing they're just inside the infrastructure of something much larger. anyways cool video!

I found the random imgur game from your(?) post on heyuri earlier this week, been playing it every day since then when i was bored. Sucks that it will be gone on monday. Actually i found cp but only once.

The funny thing is that in lieu of traditional image sharing services a lot of people CTRL+C CTRL+V into Discord and share those now. I come across more and more media.discordapp.com links in the wild nearly everyday, especially on IRC lol
