Windows 98 Release Candidate 0 Build 1691 In Virtual PC 2007

Original Description:
I had a request to showcase an interesting build of Windows 98 that was compiled on 2-16-98. The only changes in Build 1691 is the redesigned Autorun dialog when you an do in-place upgrade. This is also first build the debut of the RTM shutdown sound, although the shutdown sound from the Beta 2.1 and Beta 3 builds we reused in the Windows 98 (high color) theme from the Microsoft Plus! 98 pack. You may noticed in this build with built-in Desktop Themes application it receives the Windows 98 branding including the two themes that are originally from Microsoft Plus! 95 pack in the video.
