Ben Rants_ Christopher Nolan's Batman Trilogy

Ben T. Looney gives reasons why he doesn't like the newest film series based on his favorite comic hero, Batman.


More Reasons:

1. The movies focus less on mystery/crime and drama, and they focus more on action. Action isn't my favorite part of Batman, I actually like the dynamic storytelling, and all of the mystery that goes with Batman solving crimes. However, in Nolan's movies, it's mostly explosions, car chases, and choppy fist fights.

2. The music. Honestly, does Hans Zimmer's music sound like anything you would hear in a Batman movie? It's like he listened to Danny Elfman's theme and said, "Yeah, I'm not even going to try," so he didn't.

3. The tumbler. Yeah, real realistic, Nolan. That thing looks like a rejected car from that Death Race remake.


Now that I think about it, Caesar Romero is a better Joker than Heath Ledger.
