3DS: How to Get More StreetPass Tags

NEW WAY TO STREETPASS MORE: Go to a Nintendo Zone a.k.a. a WiFi hotspot for 3ds (Google for locations) with your 3ds on sleep mode, wait a sec and you should StreetPass with the last 6 people that were there.
