This glitch occurs where if Frank tries to take a picture (idle way) and something knocks him out (like a shotgun), the camera wouldn't be in his chest, instead his hands. You can grab it but you can't drop it nor replace it with another weapon, unless you force it. The item is called "placeholder". The capacity is infinite.
