This seems like this decade's Megazone 23, only much worse. (I recommend Megazone 23, even over the 1995 Ghost in the Shell.) By the way, have you considered reviewing Jungle de Ikou? Bennett the Sage had to cancel his review due to a certain joke in episode 2 of that OVA.
