It’s a fragment of the “infamous” ‘Super Mario 64 big star secret’ video, preserved due to the browser cache method. where Flash Player temporarily stored the video before the system was abruptly shut down. Given the timing and incomplete nature of the file, it’s believed the footage only captured the portion played just before the alleged screamer segment.
