How to throw something

Hello there sir. This video had potential to be good and educational, but sadly its production was very poorly made and executed in an invalid way. In the beginning of the video, you pick up the object that you want to throw. After that, you throw it. The execution was really bad, because picking up the object tagged as "something" in the title might confuse the average viewer. Please, refrain from making big mistakes like this in the near future. I hope you take my feedback seriously.
