When ever I make YouTube account as Star & Blitz, they get taken down a day after i create them, but my personal channels are still up somehow.

Its been about 2 years since my old channel got banned and I am going to try to get a second chance with the YouTube Pilot Program, I am tried of YouTube being on my back constantly.
