In original uk version of this has Actual flumes on cards. after filming of this scene they poured to water. They burned cards (some are not burned), and backdrop. When UK kids saw this in 1982, They were scared.

In censored version instead of Actual flumes on cards, they pause of filmed before Actual flumes on cards. they used cardboard fire to wobble around. and they paused again to cheap page turning translation.

I had this video as a child in the 90s. London's burning is quite an eerie nursery rhyme. No wonder so many parents today don't entertain their kids hearing nursery rhymes which is a shame.
